Ndlovu, a tutor at the Market Photo Workshop, focuses on the representation of Black men's bodies and masculinity in his work. He is currently receiving mentorship from Lawrence Lemaoana and Mary Sibande through the Occupying the Gallery project, which provides emerging artists with access to established systems for incubating, exhibiting, and professional practice. Additionally, he lends support to foundation course students.
