APS Annual Student Exhibition 2023: Bon á tirer (BAT)
The APS community came together  in a vibrant celebration of art, talent, and dedication at the "Bon á tirer (BAT)" student exhibition on the 2nd December 2023. A special day, recognizing the hard work of APS students throughout the year and showcasing the lively artistic spirit fostered at APS.
Curated by the Students, For the Audience
In line with APS's commitment to student empowerment, the exhibition was uniquely curated by both current students and graduates. This approach brought a fresh and authentic perspective to the display, allowing visitors to engage with the artworks through the eyes of the artists themselves. It was an immersive experience that connected the audience directly with the creative minds behind the pieces.
A Day of Celebrations and Gratitude
The exhibition was not just about art, it was a celebration of achievement and community. The highlight of the day was the awards ceremony, where students were recognized for their exceptional work. The joy and pride were evident as families, patrons, and partners gathered to celebrate the achievements of the students.
Supporting the Future of Art
The BAT exhibition also played a crucial role in supporting the future of art. Proceeds from the sales of artworks contribute towards student fees and registrations for the upcoming year. ONLINE EDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE

Limited Edition Merchandise

Adding to the excitement, APS also launched new limited-edition merchandise, which was a hit among attendees. Among the standout items are the magic mugs, which captivate with their ability to reveal selected prints by the studio's talented artists when filled with a hot beverage.
The creativity extends to practicality with aprons that come neatly packaged in a tube, doubling as a convenient art tool container. The aprons comes in black, red and grey.
For those who couldn't make it or wish to revisit the exhibition, a collection of prints is available online, along with the limited-edition merchandise. You can also visit the studio this week to view the exhibition. This is a great opportunity to own a piece of APS's creative legacy.
As we reflect on the success of the exhibition, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us. Your presence, support, and enthusiasm not only made the event memorable but also reinforced the importance of nurturing and celebrating emerging artists.
